What counts as a chat?
One player message and the NPC's full streamed reply, including memory recall and grounding. Setting spatial context or uploading knowledge never counts against your chats.
Which LLM runs my NPCs?
Frontier hosted models, co-located with our memory and grounding layer so the per-turn overhead stays in single-digit milliseconds. You never manage keys, prompts, or infrastructure.
Do you train on my game data?
No. Your lore documents, conversations, and player data are used only to serve your NPCs. They are never used to train models.
What happens when I hit my chat limit?
We never cut a live conversation. In-progress sessions finish normally; new sessions are soft-limited until the next cycle or an upgrade.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no lock-in. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
