Quick Start
Get from signup to your first live conversation with a Mistscale NPC in about five minutes. Sign up, set up a Studio, create a Project, build an NPC, and chat with it in the Playground.
Follow these five steps end-to-end. Every step is a click-path inside the dashboard.
Create your account
Sign up with email or Google. You'll be dropped into the onboarding flow.
Set up your Studio
Name your Studio during onboarding. It's your team workspace. Invite collaborators later from the Invites page.
Create a Project
From the Dashboard, create a Project. Think of it as one world or one game; it isolates your NPCs and memory from anything else you build.
Create your first NPC
Open the Project, go to NPCs → Create NPC. Fill identity (name, voice, backstory), cognitive traits (personality, goals, fears), and optionally upload a knowledge file. Save.
Chat in the Playground
Open the Playground, pick the NPC from the sidebar, and start talking. The right-hand inspector shows the NPC's emotion, mood, and thinking trace live.
