Knowledge Files
Open the NPC editor's Knowledge layer to upload text or files (up to 3 per NPC). Each file passes through pending → processing → ready before the NPC uses it. Delete from the file list to remove both the original and all indexed chunks.
Knowledge uploads live inside the NPC editor under the Knowledge layer.
Upload

Open the NPC in the editor (create or edit mode).

Switch to the Knowledge layer.

Choose Text or File mode.

Either paste text or pick a file from your computer.

Click Upload. The new entry appears in the file list with a pending status badge.

Wait for the status to turn ready. That's when the NPC starts using it.
Remove

Open the NPC's Knowledge layer.

Find the file in the uploaded list.

Click the trash icon. The file and all of its indexed chunks are removed.
2 / 3 files. When you hit the limit, upload inputs are replaced by a limit-reached banner. Delete a file to free a slot.
